RETURNS:

At PACHA PLAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow these steps: Contact our customer service team at info@pachaplay.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice. Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or replacement and notify you via email. Please note that all items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
